The pics are of one of my sons asking me to video him on his xmas present bike, which I did and you can see the result!!He built the jumps with my excavator in the back yard but did not move it far enough away, another klm might have been better!Anyway he was OK but did some damage to his bike and excavator so I thought I might as well go all out and "pretty" it up. Reply:The bike was a bit more twisted then the digger.When I new that he was OK I said OK now you can fix the bike.But guess who paid for the parts!!!Out of all my sons he is always the one that gets hurt or in an accident.A month later one of his mates T boned him and one of the pedals "stabbed" him in the leg.But he is a tough kid........he has to be.

He only asked me for help when he was really stumped. Of course I also checked his work when he was not looking.We play full contact football over here, referred to as Rugby League, no helmets, no pads, etc. His team always tend to get him to cart the ball up or tackle the big kids, he loves it.His mother will not watch!

Reply:Ouch, that had to hurt ..... Glad to hear the kid's okay.Got any "after" pictures of the bike?  (As in BEFORE he rebuilt it ...)  What damage was there on the excavator?Why is it, the older we get, the more we miss being young and invincible....?
