test help!

so im going to try and get this TIG job, but the test is going to be hard. its tube to plate with stainless and inkinel and then tube to tube with the same materials. i am a decent TIG welder, i have passed x rays before on titanium i think it was .052? anyway im going to practice all day tomorrow so any input could only help. thanks in advance.
Reply:without more specifics concerning the test (spec, position, is the 'tube to tube' a butt weld or a coped joint?) you're not gonna any proper advice from those that may have done this testhave you welded inconel before?all i can offer so far (aside from the obvious like keep it clean) is pay attention to your purge
