This is a running gear/cylinder rack I built for a Spoolmate 200/S52 wire feeder combo. We had a Dialarc 250 come into the shop a couple months ago that was shot (caught fire) I managed to save the axles, wheels, and tow handle from the running gear, and made it work for my Spoolmate 200. The bottom plate for the cylinder, and the top bracket that the cylinder chains to are off of a new MM252 that a customer bought, he then ordered the dual cylinder rack/Spoolmatic 30A combo, and didn't need his bottom plate or top cylinder bracket. I angled the feeder base about 13 degrees to keep the liner from kinking so easily. More Pics Next Post Attached ImagesLast edited by ss42768; 11-28-2009 at 11:34 PM.Reason: Add Pictures

You got it up & running, the basics met & covered. That's what counts. The running gear turned out very nice. That was some good, creative thinking. I know a guy that has a pile of those taller than me in Texas. Making gear for custom needs out of them could be an untapped market.....BTW, I like the portable load bank in the background. I wouldn't mind having one of those.
