Upcoming Welding Clinic

I have been asked to post this important message over here as it is open to all members of this welding community on a first come, first served basis. Kevin thought it important to make this accessable to everyone.I have been thinking about hosting a welding clinic for GMAW & GTAW. This is a "for real" thing and I would like to try and make it a little "west coast" get together. That wouldn't exclude anyone so all would be welcome if you could get yourself here. I would like to find out if there is sufficient interest to have the clinic and the time frame I am looking at is somewhere between January and February 2008. It would be located in Eugene Oregon and all the other pertinent details will be worked out after I see if there is sufficient interest. I am thinking that a group of 15 would be the ideal size but it could be slightly smaller, or larger, depending on the interest. Right now I am just looking to see if there are enough folks that would be interested before I take it to the next level. Machines available for demo will inlcude a Dynasty 350DX, an MM 350P, an MM Passport, and an MM 210. I will also have a Spectrum 375 Extreme plasma cutter that everyone can demo and it's possible I could have some other machines if there was enough interest.You can email me direct at [email protected] if you think you would like to attend.KBThank you for reading.Later,Jason
Reply:Tell Kevin I said go for it!Teaching the trade is a very rewarding thing...Later......zap!I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a  dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.
Reply:Wow, this sounds great. I would like to be there. Any day can work from know, but I will need to be closer to the date to know for sure, there are no turnarounds I am scheduled for right now in Jan or Feb.

Reply:I received an email about the class, it is going to be on the weekend of February 29th. He said that a miller rep will be there on Friday the 29th. And on Saturday all day welding with a long list of toys.There is room for about 2 more he said.  His email is on the first post if anyone else is interested.
Reply:If anyone is from the West, they should of came. It was great. Lots of tools to play with, I think I am going to max out the credit card again. The Dynasty 350 and the passport plus are good welders, wow, they can turn a red man, to blue.
