Cross-fit exercize gym project

This was a gym I built a while back for a local cross-fit gym.   They use it for pull-ups and ring exercizes.  It is made for up to 10 people to work out at once.  Dimensions are 16' long x 12' high x 4' wide.  The pull-up bars are all adjustable for hieght in 6" increments, with 4 hieghts available for each bar.  The gym is built in 3 sections that bolt together.  Materials are 2x2x3/16 sq tube, 1-1/4 sched 40 black pipe, 1/4x2 flat bar for the pipe flanges and 1/4" plate for the anchor bases.  All hardware is 1/2" grade-8.All welded joints throughout the project were beveled for complete joint penetration on all sides.  Welds checked by cutting apart 2 test joints.Machines used were the Millermatic 350P in pulsed spray mode with .035 70S-6 and 98/2 gas and the PowCon 300SM with 3/32 6011 and 1/8 7018.The gym.Making the uprights.Tube joints.Pics continued on next post...MM350P/Python/Q300MM175/Q300DialarcHFHTP MIG200PowCon300SMHypertherm380ThermalArc185Purox oaF350CrewCab4x4LoadNGo utilitybedBobcat250XMT304/Optima/SpoolmaticSuitcase12RC/Q300Suitcase8RC/Q400Passport/Q300Smith op

Reply:I built a similar setup for a cross-fit gym.  It was only eight feet high and wasn't adjustable.  Looks good.
