First time posting a pic. 8' box plow I built five years ago. Blade is 1/4", ends are 3/8". I have to bend the sides back into shape and reinforce them at the bottom. Reply:A wrecking pole / lifting boom. Outer tube is 5"x7" 3/8" wall inner tube is 4"x6" 3/8" wall. I would make some changes if I made another. I built this from a friends description over the phone. Anyways it has lifted 2'x2'x6' concrete blocks which weigh around 3200 lbs without a budge. But that was with the cable back by the side braces. The arrow head is 5/8". Reply:Ok, this is what I call a heat pipe. You put a torpedo heater in front of the box end and I use it in the winter under my tow behind air compressor. It heats up the engine compartment so it will start like its summer. It's an air cooled engine so no block heater and no glow plugs. I like to be nice to my equipment. Reply:So what go you do at your day job? I mean besides kill zombies with the Bobcat mounted harpoon?I'm guessing you do concrete/excavation from the rebar, demo gear and air compressor. Nice work. Yard looks alot like where I used to work when I did that sort of stuff..No government ever voluntarily reduces itself in size. Government programs, once launched, never disappear. Actually, a government bureau is the nearest thing to eternal life we'll ever see on this earth! Ronald Reagan
