OK decided to do some yahoo searching (not sure why any one uses google when yahoo is so superior btw) and came across a lot of sites I can look to for help. Reply:Gee the engineer must really know his business since he has such a low registration number LOL. Trailer plans are a good start. Most road inspection facilities will give advice since they do not want junk on the road. In most cases today you have to get some sort of inspection in order to get a plate for the trailer. Inspectors no matter what category ( building, welding and even food services) do not like to see problems. They much prefer to talk to people before the problem is created.
