Century 105/90 mig welder, Any good?

So my neighbor wants to learn how to weld so I let him play with my tig and mig, he prefers the mig and wants his own. Found a local selling a century 105/90 welder and 20cf tank. $200, what do you think? Reply:The machine will be very limited in output, and the cylinder is very small. Price wise it's so so to fair, but I wouldn't want a machine with so little output and such a small cylinder myself. I bet you can locate a better machine if you look around a bit more..No government ever voluntarily reduces itself in size. Government programs, once launched, never disappear.
