Few pics from work, support stand bracket

These were taken from my cell phone so sorry for the poor quality. There were two of these that needed done. material was 3/8'' thick. As you can see from the pics how the bends are angled so the last piece could not be bent on the brake. So add a piece of 3/8'' and were good to go. Piece was fitted corner to corner so the outside corner weld had to have 3 passes to fill it in. All was done with .045 esab dualshield 7100, i think my settings were around 26 volts and wire around 310ish. I love this wire, runs smoother then butter.Thanks for looking Ya gotta spend money to make money!
Reply:Nice weld... Q: how well dous the Esab run Up-hill? I tried a particular brand that was as smooth as butter in the flat position but was horrible to push up hill.
