Buying a small mig?Saw these comparisons on the net seem like a good referral if trying to decide.http://content.lincolnelectric.com/p...ture/e7242.pdfhttp://www.millerwelds.com/products/...matic_180.htmlYes they are a bit biased but worth a look.A good guess is better than a bad measurement
Reply:last time i looked miller and Hobart were the same machines with different paint but on millers site the miller put out more amp/voltsChuckASME Pressure Vessel welder
Reply:I recently purchased a Lincoln 180-C. It came in around $ 750.00 from the local vendor and it's well worth the money. It does everything I need and a lot more. I own some Miller equipment and it's all good gear but the local Miller dealer is farther away and not as reasonable on prices so I bought the Lincoln. You'd probably be happy with either.
Reply:The Difference I notice in the comparison.Miller's is performance based. Lincoln is construction and longevity based. Only one reference to Diamond Core Technology. The pictures are nice.I have the 180c. Brett are you looking or just offering information.
