If you have the money, I can make one of these for you. It's 10ga plate, approx 9" x 12". I drew it in autocad (took alot longer that I first thought it would) and CNC plasma cut it (about 20 minutes) Welding and breaking it took about 30 minutes. And yeah.. It was a fun job. Reply:It's fun to let your imagination run amuck once in a while. I'll find myself designing equipment I've seen in SolidWorks when things are slow at work. Keeps your mind sharp and every once in a while you learn something from the experience.

Add a zero at weaning, add almost 2 zeros if she's a big regional winner, add 2 or more zeroes if she is Nat'l champ. But no matter, ya still gotta have a nice pooper scooper and here's a fine one NOW and we'll throw in a hand made goat leather wrist band so U won't loose it.Last edited by PapaLion; 05-07-2010 at 11:56 PM.Lincoln Power MIG 215Lincoln WeldPak 3200HDLincon ProCut 25Lincoln WeldanPower 225 AC/DCIf all else fails... buy more tools
Reply:I'm looking at the fine detail... your pierce count on the this part must be in the hundreds. It looks great. Are you going to send it out to be chromed?
Reply:Yeah, there were quite a few pierces. For small parts like that, I set the tip adjustment to manual. It would take way too long to have the tip go up and down for each hit.I might be able to sell the customer on plating.. The closest place charges a minimum of 200 bucks.Common sense in an uncommon degree is what the world calls wisdom.
Reply:Brain? it is a fine looking item, simplified for production a bit, $ a little less... could it be the "cat" people might really like this.
