Well finally had some time to start my Brew cart,Got the wart cooker , a curb find of a water cooler that works for the wort chiller and .....well if you know what the rest is theres no need to say...lol will post more pics as the build continues.....Red. Reply:to elaborate the speed chill on the wort is to get the cold break out of the way. Their are all kinds of little proteins in their that will cling together and stay out of your beer if you can chill it quickly.
