ATV Tipper Trailer - Finally Finished!! - Photos attached

Well, here are some photos of the trailer I built for the ATV, finally got the chance to take some photos of it today.Here's some of the specLength - 1.9mWidth - 1.2mUpper body height 0.6mMain frames are 50mm box and trailer bed frame is 30mm box.Doors and side panels are 20mm box.Independent walking beam axle (picture of the axle is on the other atv trailer axle post)Electric Tipper with 2 stage ram powered by 220 bar hydraulic pump, controlled by rocker switch on the ATV or remote handheld rocker switch.The sides can all be removed and turned into a normal low sided trailer or a flat deck trailer. Reply:I've been trying to get a concept of a trailer for my ranchita for carrying stuff/bulk around... Reply:First of all very nice looking and i really liked the electrical system very clean and well thought out!! Please do not take my lack of knowing personally but why go with the solid axle with an equalizer?  I would think it would get less stable as the speed increases.

Reply:nice work there ive been contemplating building one for my Honda rincon for use around the yard but nothing as fancy as you got there .just want to be able to haul the leaves and some compost for the wife.just wondering if it would be cheaper for me to by one or build one that will be the question of the day.After the arc has died the weld remains
