Cost to fill/exchange your cylinder

I went to my local steel supply the other day and saw they also exchange cylinders so I asked their prices on an 80cf cylinder.  The woman said they only do C25 (which is what I was looking for) @ $22 for a full cylinder exchange.  Not bad since it's about a mile up the road.
