TIG Torch Parts-Interchangeable?

If you have an air-cooled torch and have bought things like-gas lenses, collet bodies and collets, and nozzles, Teflon gaskets, etc.....then you buy the same brand of torch in a water-cooled version...are you down to buying all new parts just to fit the new torch?Thanks

Reply:Less to do with the brand, more to do with the size/rating.  Typically the collets, collet bodies, cups, and tails are going to be the same size.
