Here's a small propane griddle I made for camping.See more of the build here: http://nanosleep.dyndns.org/griddle (assuming my crappy long haul wireless internet stays up. It goes down faster than a fat kid on a see-saw).Last edited by AndyA; 06-30-2010 at 01:06 AM.Reason: kant spelDynasty200DX w/coolmate1MM210MM VintageESAB miniarc161ltsLincoln AC225Victor O/A, Smith AW1ACutmaster 81IR 2475N7.5FPRage3Jancy USA1019" SBAEAD-200LE
Reply:That is very nice. The size is great for camping. With 4 burners you should have no problem getting the surface hot to cook.Yes I can tack it for you. I know that won't hold but that is what you asked me to do. Millermatic 350P XR Aluma-Pro push/pullMillermatic 185/spool gunMiller Dialarc 250 HF Water cooledThermal Dynamics Plasma
Reply:Awesome build! I have many store bought propane burner units as I like to do fish fry parties for friends. Very cool to make it yourself. Great job."Where's Stick man????????" - 7A749"SHHHHHH!! I sent him over to snag that MIC-4 while tbone wasn't looking!" - duaneb55"I have bought a few of Tbone's things unlike Stick-Man who helps himself" - TozziWelding"Stick-man"
Reply:looks great, at 50 lbs I dont see that as a hike in type. the burners look to be a decent design. I think you should add a little tubing to the drain hole that 90s out the side, this way you can catch that grease into a can or whatever, how else you going to make that yummy camp toast.
Reply:I have another project that's made for deep frying or boiling. I took some pictures the other night, but didn't get any description written up yet.
