In the process of building a oil line manifold for a dry sump oil pump my buddies race car. The pump has two outlets on the pressure side that need to go into one on the way back to the oil tank. Used a piece of 1/8th inch thick aluminum 2 inch in diameter. Caped one end off with a a piece of aluminum that i had cut out with the laser at work(pic #2). The other end was cut at and angle so that it was at 45 degrees when the other was welded on(pic 3 and 4). The cap welded on that end was had hole in it for the an fitting to slide in. Needed to have the an fitting shortened, so my buddy at work milled it down so that it was flush on the inside of the cap(pic 5 and 6). Got the cap welded on and the fitting welded in(pic 7 and 8). That is all that i was able to get done so far. Need to line it up with the oil pump so we know were to put the holes for the inlet fitting. Attached Images
