broken tig welder need help plsss.

I have Tig welder buy from friend was new for very cheap price £100 it is dc inverter 180 amp Tig mma as you can look at the picture the problem is whatever I do setting is not effective welding. Before the problem happen when I put the welder to 80-110 peak current and 35-45 base current they will do the job but now even I put on to max I got minimum setting power. Pulse is not working at all frequency is not working welder only work on minimum setting even I put to max setting or varies setting I got same result so any one have idea Troubleshooting point. where can I look at it I have checked the inside is well no fuse or adhere thing wrong argon gas full 130bar flow meter is 15 psi min.I now there is a spelling mistake on the welder it is very fanny and embarrassing even got England on the face, until now even me I never relays that when you point that.Their is the picture of the welder. http://img3.imageshack.us/my.php?image=img1099.jpg
