New to forum. Need welder help!!!

I am a recreational welder wanting to get alot better. Retired in 09 and have been a mechanic all my life. Certified in the 70s' and went to work for the City and finally retired. I am opening a shop in a small town in Arkansas and want to be able to weld well enough to make a few dollars to help pay for the shop and utilities. I bought a Lincoln WP225 G7 welder. It starts good runs great but no automatic or idle. Welds pretty good(its me) I would like to fix it so it will idle and run properly. Any help would be great. Have not found anybody locally to help. The tag says Code 9444. I have experiance with VOM ND TOOLS. Thanks Jim
