Who else (currently) makes engine driven machines other than Hobart, Lincoln, and Miller - or - Cream, Red, and Blue? Are we just stuck with these three?

Reply:Thermal arc made a gas drive, maybe still does, I don't know.David Real world weldin. When I grow up I want to be a tig weldor.
Reply:I think Thermal Arc's engine drive machine was called the Predator. Honda used to make a welder/generator too. You can get Red-D-Arc machines, which are usually Millers and Lincolns painted other colors.MM350P/Python/Q300MM175/Q300DialarcHFHTP MIG200PowCon300SMHypertherm380ThermalArc185Purox oaF350CrewCab4x4LoadNGo utilitybedBobcat250XMT304/Optima/SpoolmaticSuitcase12RC/Q300Suitcase8RC/Q400Passport/Q300Smith op |
