HiI bought a box of Phoenix 7018 rods (250 rods) and the last ones, half a box are humid, when i weld they make a strange sound like an explosion and they get hard to open arc.How can i dry them or conserve then when i buy another box since i dont have a rod oven.Can i use a kitchen oven to dry them ???Thanks.
