Good Price for an XMT304?

Reply:I was able to buy a used one for $1650.  It was three years old and looked like new.  Make sure it is an CC/CV machine and not just CC.  I know of no way to tell hours on a machine.  This is a great machine.  Makes 6010 look good.  I use mine on a 22A and a voltage sensing feeder as well.This was for the power supply only.  No leads or feeder or tig parts.  DanLast edited by DanD78; 07-20-2012 at 07:59 AM.Reason: DSW made me think
Reply:I've seen them as low as $1100-1200 semi regularly, but $1500-1700 seems to be about the range most tend to run lightly used.  That's usually for the bare power source, maybe with stick leads included. If there's a feeder, cylinder or tig parts, the price goes up a bit depending on what is included..No government ever voluntarily reduces itself in size.
