Need some help identifying a welder

Hi. I need some help identifying a make and model number of a welder. Most of the paint has peeled off which is why I can't read the make and model number. I've attached a pic. Can anyone tell me more about this welder - like what it is and how much it might be worth? It has all 3 cables, uses 220V and works.Thanks so much,-Larry Attached Images
