No dents, heavy rust, broken or stripped valves, bad cap threads, or other obvious damage.Current test dates.Trademark of a gas supplier that serves your area.Correct markings and CGA valve for the contents you desire.Proof of ownership, (such that your local supplier agrees to accept) to allow exchange or refill of cylinders.
