Reply:I wonder how many of those things were produced? It's the one I learned on... and I remember they went for about 90 bucks or so brand new, back in the late 70s. I finally talked my parents into springing for one. I convinced them that we needed one to keep all our old, worn out, broken down farm equipment going... some of it was converted horse-drawn stuff. Reply:First machine I learned to weld on was my Dad's just like that. In fact, the machine is still here and working after some 35-40 yrs. or so. Cant quite remember exactly how old it is, as the yrs go by. Its almost as old as me.
