Century 117-002 schematic

I am trying to locate a schematic for a All Star (Snap-On) MIG model 117-002.  I have a problem with it in that the Weld Transformer  (?) turns ON when the Main Power Switch is turned ON.  The Wire Feed Stepper Motor operates normally.  I.E. it only feeds wire when the trigger switch is activated.  Any help out there?
