Small Handrail Build

This small handrail was built for a small 2 step stair set. Im not sure if code requires a rail for that little steps but the customer wanted one. I don't have to many pics because i forgot to take them as the project went on. This was the first project to test out the miller maxstar 150stl. Call me crazy, but i tigged the whole thing. It was alittle tricky tacking the balusters in by myself using tig. On to the buildMaterials,2'' flat bar1''x 1/8'' square tube3/16'' plate1/2'' twisted balusters1''x1/2''x1/8'' channelMachine,Miller maxstar 150stl with pedal, running on 230v set at max 150 amps, used pedal from there. Great  little tig machine.Layout, use the floor, the way i was taughtThe helping handBalusters all welded in, spacing 4'', getting ready to fit on the base platesBase plates welded onAll done!! Looks like i just got a call and will be back to welding full time again starting jan, 3 being laid-off for 6 months wasnt too fun.
