Reply:Here's the build thread of a similar air-tool storage that I made.  Mine pointed up though instead of down. http://weldingweb.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=45296--Wintermute"No man's knowledge here can go beyond his experience." - John Lockewww.improvised-engineering.comManufacturer Agnostic:Blood----------Sweat---------Tears----|------------------|----------------|----Lincoln Red, Miller Blue, Esab Yellow

Reply:That is how I store my air tools, works good.
Reply:the connectors get a little spendy, i have seen angle iron cut with slots and mounted at a slight angle to guide the tool into the slot.Dynasty 200DXPassport plus w/ spoolmate 100victor 315c oxy/(act and prop)Miller digital elitemilwaukee power tools
Reply:thats cool never seen that before not
Reply:My snap on dealer has his like that on the truck
Reply:Thats a pretty sweet idea, and one that i've never seen personally outside of a store. If i built one tho, id defiantly have it hold the tools downside up so that the oil doesn't gum up my nice new shelf. Or use the angle iron with holes in it idea.[Account Abandoned 8/8/16 Please Do Not Attempt Contact Or Expect A Reply]. See you on YouTube! -ChuckE2009
Reply:How about this,  Hang the tools upside down from a piece of angle that has a slot cut in it so you will be able to slide the connector in the slot to hang the tool from. Just remember to put a wooden golf tee in the air hole to keep dirt and other stuff out of the tool.
Reply:i have mine hanging upside down with copper pipe through wood with a nut on the end. and once and a while i put a little squirt of oil down the copper pipes
Reply:Yup, have mine hanging just like the photo, right beside the aircompressor. Been that way for several years and works fine. Bought the cheapest connectors I could find from Harbour Freight.Works like a charm.Sign on East Texas payphone: Calls to God 40 cents......it's a local call...
