Reply:not bad. For your weave cover, make your zig zag a lot tighter, don't move so far ahead.

Reply:Your root looks great, Its almost laid in there almost money. But your cap, well needs helps. You need to increase your speed weave. The weaves need to be closer.Lincoln 300 Vantage 2008300 Commander 1999SA250 1999SA200 1968Miller Syncrowave 200XMT350MPA/S-52E/xr-15Xtreme 12vs Millermatic 251 w/30A Millermatic 251 Dialarc 250 Hypertherm 1250 GEKA & Bantom Ironwokers
Reply:Id disagree, the root is in need of some help too. Looks like you were going way to fast, with a long arc length.Slow it down some and keep the tip just as close as you can in the groove. This wil he eliminate the suckup, ensure that all the edges are broken down and that you get better reinforcement. These were on pipe, but its the same idea. I generally prefer to do a 2 bead cap, depending on how wide the face opening is.Have we all gone mad?
