Been awhile since I did anything horizontal with the positioner..3 rollers..7.5 O.D. 1/2" wall DOM tube..1" Thick heads..2" "Thru" journal..I'll take pics of the machining when I get around to it.Sorry the last pic is so crappy..Looked good in the camera.....zap!I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.

Reply:Nice work Zap. Looks like it was automated. With practice and on a good day I hope my good welds look like what you would call a mistake.. If I mail you a Voo Doo doll would you pass some of that welding "curse" over here?
Reply:Looks good. How is your Aircrafter holding up? Used mine on small shaft today, really comes in handy. I'm assuming your rollers are iron or steel? When I get a large job I'll need to fab roller setup.PeterEquipment:2 old paws2 eyes (that don't look so good)1 bad back
Reply:It's holding up "OK" at this point Peter..Set up like it is in the pics I don't like to make it work that way with anything over 100 LBS..The shaft inside is only what..1/2"?And the inside bushings along with the worm gear don't like all the weight like that either..Standing ""UP" I will do around 300LBS...The roller stands can be made with HI Density rubber wheels and I have made some out of steel so they don't melt with all the heat..I melted the first set with some 300 Amp welding and it was quite a mess to clean up.....zap!I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.
