Has any one made a pellet mill

Looking to make my own pellet mill. Was curious if anyone here has made one and can share their ideas.25 years of age.Been welding since Feb 23rd 2009.LU1007 Millwright (A1)

Reply:Couple of guys wandered into my shop a couple weeks ago. Turns out they are selling pellitizers down the street in my industrial park. They were wondering if I would make the disc with all the holes for them. Lot more to that disc then meets the eye.
Reply:Very Cool Video...I always wondered if those pellets were worth the trouble.  Apparently they are 'incredibly efficient' with a decent pellet stove or boiler, but the cost of buying it by the TON seems to be FAR, FAR, less expensive and less laborious when compared to doing it by 'hand', EVEN if you live off the grid....Because of the MONSTROUS 'Glut' of Natural Gas, it is incredibly inexpensive right now (at least where I live..), but I can't help but think that something like this creation could be worth it if you had livestock or something...Cheers,Miller Diversion 165120 amp Buzz BoxVictor Oxy/Ace Oxy/LPGSmith "Little" Oxy/LPGHypertherm Powermax 30Lot's of Misc. tools n' crap....
