Where to get PassPort co2 gage

This is the bigest picture there is. Except for a video.I know it's small, but there it is.Miller shower a regulator for $102 (REGULATOR/FLOWMETER,W/HOSE  195050)Except, the regular does not have a hose. So there talking about a bottle regular. Not the in-line regular for the 12 oz bottle with pressure gage.
