Is there a difference in fleetweld 35 vs 35+ ? I cannot find anything on it.Also is fleetweld 35+ suitable for root passes ? Was running some on some pipe this weekend and it doesnt seem to root as well as the Air Liquide 6011s I use at work. For some reason im thinking 35+ is just for welding dirty crappy metal and is not intended for open root, I may be wrong though ?ThanksJourneyman / Red Seal Welder (What a useless test)Miller CST 280Miller XMT 350Miller 12vs XtremeEvolution Evo 28 mag drillEvolution 380 Dry Cut saw
Reply:I've never heard of F/W 35+. Is it a Canadian thing? I have used F/W 35LS (low slag)- they look and act similar to the 5P. Is there a reason you are using 6011 as opposed to 6010?JohnA few weldersA lot of hammersA whole lot of C-clamps
