Hey guys im currently doing some mobile welding off of a small enclosed trailer and i am planning on purchasing a warehouse to build up a general welding shop. My question is.do i have to be certified? Ill be doin automotive, marine, motorcycles, table repairs, minor fabrication, tanks, roll cages, maybe animal cages, and general welding repairs. i dont think ill be doing fences and spiral stairways and other structural stuff like that. Here in the state of florida there is a "welding shop/machineshop" business tax (occupational license) is that the only requirement needed for a welding shop?
