Okay, so it's not a material rack, but a die rack for a local company that works with silicone products. The beam is 5" and all the plate is 1/4".  The stoppers are 1/2" round with 1/2" sch 80 pipe for their sockets. We welded all the arms first, then glued them to the uprights and then came the bottoms.. I put little tabs on the first armature to align the other two so they would all be the same.  Then I worked the bottom with clamps and the pieces and left them untacked.  I placed a spacer bar on top then squared it up.  All diagonal measuring. After tacking it together, I welded the lower part so I could put a pan on it.  I took it off the table and started flipping it around with the forklift to make things easier to weld.  All in all, it was 75" wide, 65" tall and 53" deep and it took me about 12 hours by the time it was cleaned up. Reply:Very nice.  Those shelves, did you fabricate them, or are they I-Beams sliced lengthwise?ars sine scientia nihil est

Reply:The tops are 1/4" x 4" flat bar and the bottoms are CNC plasma cut 1/4" plate.. They are only stitch welded together.Common sense in an uncommon degree is what the world calls wisdom.
