Gas lens vs gas saver

Reply:They are really the same thing.  Both work essentially the same way.Gas lens and a saver both have a mesh screen to diffuse the gas.They do set up slightly different.A gas lens has a screw on cup and a gas saver has a push on Pyrex cup ( tight fit ) with an upper o ring to seal.
