Recommend a shop in Tucson

Was on here about a year ago and posted some, don't remember my old name.  Anyway!Looking for recommendation for a shop/welder in Tucson Az to build a welding table and your wisdom on a table top.All my work is with 3/4 and 1in square tube 14/16ga. No hammering on table, just frame up,clamping and welding, Need 4ft x 5ft and to be true to less than a 1/16in. with good square corners. Can i get away with 1/4 or should it be 3/8 for a top.
Reply:The true to within 1/16" may be an issue with a top that thin. Most sheet that thin comes from roll stock and it often will have some sort of curve to it, especially over such a large area. You will need one of two things, either a good stiff medium weight frame that is dead flat that you can use to flatten the plate on and keep it that way, or you will want to go with thicker plate, and possibly have it blanchard ground.1/16" over 5' is roughly .0125 / ft or less than 1/64th in 1 foot. If I needed to really have that much accuracy, I'd probably get a heavy sheet blanchard ground and then shim it to my frame to keep it flat..No government ever voluntarily reduces itself in size. Reply:The 1/16th true is not an absolute. What can I reasonably expect with a 3/8 top?
Reply:Bring all your cuts up to my shop in Tempe and well clamp & weld them up on one of my platens.
