hi,i looking for advise about welding pup piece of 60mm length in between flange and 6" pipes. when completion of the spool it will be pressure containment function during operation . according to client specification 100mm weld space needed. i have check the API 5L standard is minimum 50mm. how about ASME code? can anyone advise me 60mm is good for the work with refer in what document. i will be appreciate. all pipes material is super duplex.
