Reply:It does look like a PowCon, but with parts getting harder to find and more expensive, I would be afraid to buy it.
Reply:I have a couple of powcons and they work well.  There is a company called Arc Products out west somewhere that still has parts.  The only down side I don't like is the on off switch on the back is hard to operate and the leads hook to the back.Dan D.
