Hello I have been looking at posts on this sight for some time now and have recently became a member. Hoping someone could give me some ideas on what is wrong with my sa 250 diesel welder.I work for a const. co. and work on some of their equip and move equipment from job to job. They have a sa250 welder that has quit working a few years ago and it has been sitting. Since I started I have gotten it running like a dream, however the generator/welder end does nothing and I know absolutely nothing about working on them. I talked briefly to a welder repair place in Oklahoma and they walked me through a few steps and determined that the bridge rectifier and a diod were both bad (in the least). I replaced both of them and it is still dead. Does anyone have any ideas on what could be wrong with it?
