Looking for an import AC/DC TIG/ARC only machine

What is the latest and greatest AC/DC TIG/ARC only import machine. I came across a thread talking about 250 amp machines. Are they available now? Who makes them?Does Gianttech, Longevity, Everlast carry them? I didn't see any listed at the respective websites.Thanks
Reply:It looks like only Everlast has the 225 and 250 amp units.I am looking at the following: Everlast 250 EX (first choice) Everlast 225 LX (second choice) Gianttech 200PACDC (third choice)Any opinions on the order of choice?
Reply:Keep buying import equipment and shut AMERICA down.  Thats all I have to say.  JGSMAW,GMAW,FCAW,GTAW,SAW,PAC/PAW/OFCand Shielding Gases.  There all here. :
Reply:That import stuff is not the quality of the machines that are made in the US.  Miller, Lincoln, ESAB, and Hobart are still some of the best quality machines.  Why buy from China?

If you have questions for Everlast, Longevity, or Gianttech, they have their sections here where you can ask and get good answers directly from them. I'd suggest you ask the people who know the machines, rather than try to get answers from guys who are running different machines.
