This is an all alum fence the post were cut clean across. I stood it back on the post sticking out of the ground welded them back together and fish plated both sides, I steighten a couple of panels and the grab rail. I also took one of the panels and made a gate out it. (The cameras were mysteriously not working the day "the wind blew it over") Sorry the quality of pics aren't that great I took them with my phone.

Reply:Nice work! I'm also doubting the wind, but then again I have seen stranger things happen..www.thefusionsolution.com
Reply:Yeah, I could see wind blowing that fence over, but it's hard to imagine that same wind not blowing over those lampposts or any trees.Heck, whatever wind knocked that fence over would have blown that "sidewalk closed" sign into the next county. :-)

Reply:"wind" that's the new word for "city worker on the landscaping tractor"I guess it *could* have gotten fatigued if it was vibrating in the wind. I think the break marks should look oxidized with just a little bit of shiny where it finally broke.Dynasty200DX w/coolmate1MM210MM VintageESAB miniarc161ltsLincoln AC225Victor O/A, Smith AW1ACutmaster 81IR 2475N7.5FPRage3Jancy USA1019" SBAEAD-200LE

Reply:I was thinking it was more the work of the local chapter of the Self Help Society. They planned to come back later and help themselves to the "scrap"..No government ever voluntarily reduces itself in size. Government programs, once launched, never disappear.
