Ok here it is 1/2 inch plate.75/25 tell me what you think
Reply:What size wire? Are you dragging it or pushing? Looks like a push but its a bit high in the middle, still pretty good though. Personally id throw more heat at it and I like the minipulate the puddle kind of like \\\\\\ if ya know what I mean instead of straight push sometimes.
Reply:pushing with either .30 or .35.I would have to check. My machine was turned all the way up I have a lincoln 180
Reply:Yah theres nothin wrong with that, its just a bit high in the middle, the side might have a bit of under cut but its definetly better then alot of the stuff ive seen lately rollin through our shop! I like running hot but thats just me, crank the heat and play with the wire speed a bit is what Id do!

Reply:Too fast or travel angle too high. Let the weld pool the move forward, pool move forward.... Travel angle should be 15 to 20 degrees.
