Hi guys , I'm getting a dynasty 200DX and am installing a 6-50P plug on the end of my power chord and I'm wondering if this pigtail I found on Eastwoods eBay website would be good for when I need to run the welder on 110? Could it possibly harm the welder at all? Thanks for your help guys!Bryce Attached Images

Reply:Awesome , I'll go ahead and order it up. Thanks Broccoli!
Reply:No problem using a pig tail. With my 200DX, I used a twist lock connector. Then I made 2 adapters (110 and 220) that connect to it. Now I can easily switch between the 2.kidtigger24 They think Im crazy, but I know better. It is not I who am crazy. It is I who am MAD!
Reply:OK sounds good , thanks for the input guys! It'll be nice to be able to use 110v so easily when I don't have 220v nearby.
Reply:Just don't forget that the 200DX maxes out at 150 amps when running on 110 volts. For the full 200 amps, you need at least 220 volts.kidtigger24 They think Im crazy, but I know better. It is not I who am crazy. It is I who am MAD!
