--- but I think it will hold. All I had was one 1/8" nickel rod, didn't really want to buy anymore as I don't know when the next cast repair will show up. I peened it w/ the needle gun real good. With 2/3 of the hole still in the block I don't think there'll be much stress on it. I stacked oversize nuts and washers on the bolt and finger tightened it down. Reply:Time to change that frost plug too while you are there. How did you do that?
