Profax spool gun problem

Hi Folks.Great site, with lots of great advice. I have been reading posts looking for an answer to my problem, but can't seem to find anything similar... So here goes.I have a profax 200 spool gun and when I finish laying a bead on aluminum and release the trigger, about 12 inches of wire continues to spool out, then stop. I inherited this setup from my Dad and I know he had the same problem and farted around with the thing constantly trying to get it to stop spewing out that last shot of wire. Otherwise the gun works great, but it would be nice to clear this up if possible.Thanks in advance for any help!
Reply:I have no solution, but i do have a question that may help others, does it spew the extra wire with every trigger pull or only after a decent sized bead?
