Spray Transfer specs for Newbies

II've been reading as much as I can since I got my first Welder a few years ago. Never even knew about Spray Arc. Anyway, it seems there's a lot of myths about Cans and Can't with Spraying. As a past columnist for another hobby, I thought my info on Spray Transfer might help a lot of other newbie's with their many questions.My first welder was a Promig 140, then a Promig 180 and now a 210mvp Handler. After much tweaking, I've been able to get the  HH210mvp to actually Spray Transfer. It takes a few seconds to fully transfer, but the machine will stay in spray mode, for the short time I use it.I'm using "about" 95% Argon 5% CO2 (I'm mixing myself), .023 wire and the welder cranked full tilt on wire speed and voltage. Anything less will not let me spray, which includes changing to .030 in hopes of finding spray mode. As has been said, you can tell when you transfer, because the sound of the welding changes so drastically. It's rather like riding at 60mph in the car with the window down, and then closing the window and listening to the "beautiful quite".With the MVP210 "I believe" being about the bottom limit for any type of spray transfer, I hope  this helps other newbie's who are attempting to spray with smaller machines and wondering why they can't. Like anything else, I'm sure there may be exceptions, but this should be a pretty good starting point.Thanks,Pete
