Work In Jersey Philly Area?

Anyone know of places hiring in NJ, Philly area? I been searching for a job / career paying more than the job im at now. I work for a mom and pop shop right now cant retire working there, was suppose to do a apprenticeship with local 322 passed UA 41, UA 21 & UA 22 test signed the papers took the drug test and took the OSHA10/Builtrite class but not sure whats going on with the union work right now.... anyone Union in NJ are things picking up?
