ToolBox Restoration

This is a KNAACK box,  My father has had it since he was my age, 21.   He started his business with it, and rather than buying a new one, I figured I would Restore it and Start my business with it.  ToolBox Skids or Legs were completely rotten after being 33 years old. Reply:Where can I get a good set of casters to roll over gravel. Tried air tires from Tractor Supply; they fell apart Too Much weight. Any Ideas?? Good repair job need to do the same.

Reply:I have four of the Home Depot tool boxes like that. The locks are on the front. I noticed your locks are on the side. I wonder which is more common? If it is a brand thing or if things have changed since back in the day. Cool project.
