built myself a cart for my welders too!

Since everone else is doing it figured id better also. Since I'm kind limited on space and often use both my welders and only have 1 plug in for them both I figured why not stack them so they take up less room. My old miller 35 and my everlast 256 I'm working on putting a couple casters under the bottles cause I'm afraid if I pull hard enough it could tip over.

Reply:I have a 256 toomy cart is configured so the bottles are on the back under the big wheels.I have an extention cord attached to the cart with two receptacles on the cart one for each welder.  It tucks away under a cabinet next to the front door of my shophave funTom Attached Images

Reply:I just used some 1-1/2" X 1/8" flat stock and bent them around the tank.It is a two part strap with a bolt in the middle of the tanks to tighten them up.One problem is when I got refills they swap out the tanks and there seems to be 2 diameters for the same volume of tank.You could use chains but I would put a support bar between the tanks and hook the chains to that with a bolt to take up slack.I have since added a hanger for the cables on the other side,have funTomLast edited by acourtjester; 08-28-2011 at 11:29 AM.Reason: added info
